The Bible tells us that we all have been given certain gifts. The Spiritual Gifts Discovery is a tool used to identify spiritual gifts. This Discovery process is a helpful assessment course designed to reveal these gifts. We can discover areas of interest in life that could lead to service or ministry in that area.
Equally important to the process is having an opportunity to discuss with a Team Member, the findings of the Spiritual Gifts Discovery.

HELP IS NEEDED TO ANSWER THE CHURCH PHONE ON THURSDAYS FOR ONE HOUR DURING LUNCH. QUICK AND EASY TRAINING IS OFFERED AND SOME FLEXIBLILITY OF THE LUNCH TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED.
IF YOU LOVE PEOPLE AND HAVE A PASSION FOR “CUSTOMER” SERVICE, PERHAPS THIS HOUR IS FOR YOU.

WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE AN “ON CALL” BACK UP PERSON FOR THE CHURCH RECEPTIONIST?
THE RECEPTIONIST NEEDS TO FILL THIS VOLUNTEER POSITION. WE CURRENTLY HAVE NO ONE TO ASSIST WITH PHONE COVERAGE WHEN THE REGULAR VOLUNTEER IS UNAVAILABLE.
AS NOTED ABOVE, THE RECEPTIONIST WILL PROVIDE QUICK AND EASY TRAINING FOR THE PROPER HANDLING OF THE CHURCH TELEPHONE SYSTEM.
AGAIN, THIS IS FOR AN “ON-CALL” VOLUNTEER WITH A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE: AVAILABLE AS NEEDED.
THIS IMPORTANT “VOICE” IS ONE THAT OUR CALLERS SHOULD RECOGNIZE AS FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, AND HELPFUL.
NOTEWORTHY: VOLUNTEERING FOR THIS SLOT HELPS REDUCE ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS.
SPIRITUAL GIFTS
Reaffirm your knowledge of your passions and gifts and areas of interest AND ensure that the church knows your areas of true interest and where you desire to serve, take the gifts assessment course. Thus, when you are asked to serve, join or help you will know it is God leading at WMUMC!
